Is it my monitor, or does Sky’s skin colour change sharply on her arms from just above her elbow?
Not just you, maybe the forearms are a different colour because she normally wears short sleeves, and that’s the Orion equivalent of a tan

Tan from what sun? And how would such a bizarre tan-line be acquired?
Go back a couple of pages – Sky lost her left forearm to an unexpected ancient antipersonnel weapon while trying to salvage the vessel.

Yes, that explains the plastic forearm and hand, doesn’t explain the different shade of green on both arms
And lighting wouldn’t explain the sharp line differencing the two shades (not to mention the fact her right arm is bent at the elbow, meaning the line should have been on the forearm if it was due to overhead lighting), and also doesn’t explain the uniform shading on Luna
There’s overhead lighting, her upper arms are getting indirect light, her forearms more-direct light. In other words her upper arms are partially shaded, so they look darker.
@Hinoron:- take your pick on which sun, it could also be from the artificial lights
As for the tan line: she normally wears her sipsuit, but rolls (retracts) the sleeves so the cuffs don’t get dirty
