Maybe so, but not NEARLY so badly as it did back in the 1840’s, when being downwind of the city meant you could smell it from 40 miles away, on a summer day.

…Actually, now that I see this again, I really need to start qualifying dates like that as “The 1920s” instead of just “the 20s”. It IS 2021, after all. Oops.
