So Gina knows who Hex is. Interesting…
No, she knows “OF” Hex, not who he is. That’s why she asked “Can you identify him to us?”
Unless she’s gaming him by pretending she needs someone to ID Hex.
Or she knows of the Ace clones numbering system and has a strong suspicion.
I’m inclined to think Ace’s clones, who would all know about Gina, will be smart enough to keep their relationship to her under her radar.

However, she may have had access to OTHERS — people who once ‘interacted’ with Hex & lived to tell the tale. Who knows how much of Hex’s story has been pieced together by her powers of deduction … ?
… & just how much of her (hypothetical) deductions might be accurate?
But what does she know of Hex?
Well, we know about Ace that he has some peculiar, so-far-unidentified nanites in his bloodstream that are scary enough to give the Orion medical tech the bejabbers.
So, I imagine, must anyone who has the capability to undergo a major physical transformation occasionally.
And Hex seems to shift back and forth from a fuzzier form to a less-fuzzy form occasionally, and looks a lot like Ace.
Just saying, maybe these things aren’t a coincidence.
