Being unconscious is a concussion. When doing medical look up the words. Also you need someone to check your spelling and syntax.

You don’t have to be concussed to be unconscious (or vice versa)
Regarding spelling and syntax (hopefully that’s not a tax on sin 😛 ), it helps by (politely) pointing out where the error is…

Yeah, I got hit by a car and thrown 15 feet, my helmet had a hole big enough to put my hand through without making a fist. I walked my car to my optometry appointment (why I was biking in the first place) and the optometrist told me I probably had a concussion and I should see a non-eye doctor. Went straight to the campus medical center and sure enough. Concussion just means your brain has been compressed against your skull (which is bad).
Unconsciousness from concussion is not good at all, but lots of people pass out from shock or pain, since not moving is a good way to let your body heal, and not being awake is a good way to not move.

When I was in grade one I had a concussion from slipping on ice and was perfectly conscious and even walked back into class with no problems. Thankfully my teacher was former nurse and noticed there was something wrong before I did pass out. Also the Wrestlemania match where Brock Lesnar beat Undertaker, Taker ended up with a bad concussion early in the match and went on to wrestle a classic match for nearly 20 minutes with no problems. He went straight to the hospital right afterwards and to this day still has no memory of actually wrestling after the first 3 minutes.

Similar thing happened to me: was playing on some tarmac breaking iced-over puddles, slipt over and smacked back of head against the ground, got up and walked home
Another time, was racing another kid around a classroom block and crashed into another kid, have no full memory of what happened after that, other than a vague memory of sitting in class, then a gap, then walking to the office, another gap and walking home. Was back at school the next day

If you’re going to correct someone’s webcomic make certain you have your information correct. Unconscious and a concussion are two very different things. One symptoms of having a concussion can be unconsciousness but it can also be a symptom of several other things.

As for syntax, people don’t speak with perfect grammar. Even heavily educated people like a doctor isn’t going to use perfect grammar.

This is a work of fiction. Any similarity to persons or cats, living, dead, undead, artificial, spectral, or semi-divine is coincidental. Really! I don’t know anyone like these people!
