“Ethical” by whose standards? O_o Irredeemable bible-belt prudes with a congenital inability to mind their own business?
I don’t recall anyone asking them for their opinions.
Well, the act of refraining from involving pushy, opinionated people when it’s none of their business sounds perfectly ethical to me. Meanwhile, out of everyone whose business this is, I don’t see anything happening that’s non-consenting, so I’m not seeing any problem.
