Awwww, why not??
Because the good doctor needs to be able to sleep at night. It’s one thing to think your patient is connected to a criminal organization, hearing the details could be a bit much.
Bit of a difference between a criminal organization, and a business conglomerate of “outsider caste” who occasionally resort to crime to get things done (as opposed to lawyers, shady politics, backroom deals, technically legal harassment, having laws passed that favour your business and block competition, etc… you know, like “legitimate” businesses.)
